Author bio

My name is Fetin, I’m autistic, and currently ruled by one (very spoiled) cat named Monty. Ethnically, I’m Palestinian and Kurdish. Nationality-wise, I’m Turkish, Jordanian, and British. I speak Turkish and Arabic, and I’m learning Korean :)
아녕 칭구들이이이~
While trying to distract myself from the fact that I had become the human equivalent of a burning bin kicked down a hill, I went searching for a fantasy book—one that blended queerness with Kurdish, Turkish, and Arab folklore. I wanted slow-burn yearning and magic (and enough drama to rival the tv series Kavak Yelleri). I couldn’t find it. So I wrote it.The Jinn’s Bargain is the first in a series of books. If you’re into dark magic gone wrong, West Asian folklore, political scheming, family secrets, and morally ambiguous disaster girls… well, welcome home!
